Duration of delivery
Our products are manufactured in the order of incoming orders. The product-specific delivery time may vary. Usually, the delivery time is approximately 30–60 days. If you want us to deliver the products later or at a certain time, you can mention this by replying to the e-mail luukkoliving@gmail.com. Add the order confirmation you received in the mail.
We use an external service provider to carry out deliveries.
We use an external service provider to carry out home delivery of shipments.
To guarantee the smooth delivery of our products, make sure that the access route used at your home is clear and that the floors are protected as necessary. It is particularly important that after transport, before you sign for the shipment, the product has been checked for transport damage.
Please note that if you are not at the delivery location at the agreed delivery time, the products will be transported back and a new delivery fee will be charged for a new home delivery.

Deliveries to mainland Finland only.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to be satisfied. If a fault is found in the product, we will always first try to repair or replace the product before we grant any monetary compensation.
If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return or exchange an unused product in the original packaging within 14 days of its arrival.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning a faultless and unused product. Contact our customer service about returns by e-mail at luukkoliving@gmail.com, and you will receive return instructions as a reply.
